The VendRep System is a secure application which allows vendors to enter, maintain and certify their Vendor Responsibility Questionnaires. Once the questionnaire is certified, it is available for review by authorized New York State Contracting Entity users. Access to New York State contract data is also available through the VendRep System.

The Local Government Contact Management System (LGCMS) is a secure web application where designated staff can provide and maintain up-to-date contact information for local government officials. OSC uses this contact information to communicate with local governments about training opportunities, filing deadlines, law changes and more.
Local Government Constitutional Tax Limit Filing System
The Local Government Constitutional Tax Limit filing system (LGCTL) is a secure web application where counties, cities and villages can file their required Constitutional Tax Limit data with the Office of the State Comptroller. Once filed, data reported to the Constitutional Tax Limit system is reviewed by OSC staff and then made available to the public via Open Book New York.

Local Government Real Property Tax Cap Filing System
The Local Government Real Property Tax Cap filing system (LGPTC) is a secure web application where Local Governments and School Districts file their required Property Tax Cap data with the Office of the State Comptroller. Once filed, data reported to the Property Tax Cap system is then made available to the public via Open Book New York. School Districts also use this system to certify that their tax levy is Tax-Cap compliant

Local Government Tax Data Verification Filing System
The Local Government Tax Data Verification system (LGTDV) is a secure web application where Counties (and towns and cities in Westchester County) can report and review their real property tax roll information. Once reported through the Tax Data Verification system, the data is reviewed by OSC staff before being published to the Real Property Tax Levies, Taxable Full Value and Full Value Tax Rates page on the Office of the State Comptroller website.

The Local Government Assessment Roll Verification system (LGARV) is a secure web application where school districts can review and report changes to their assessment roll data for State Aid purposes. Once reported through the Assessment Roll Verification system, the data is reviewed by OSC staff before being submitted to the State Education Department.
