About Hearing Decisions Database

The Hearing Decisions database allows you to access the New York State and Local Retirement System's Hearing Case Decisions made on or after December 1, 2008.

Identifying information has been redacted to maintain member confidentiality.

You can use a variety of methods to search this database, including: Hearing Case Number, Decision Date, Hearing Officer, or by selecting a Topic from the drop-down list. You can also enter keywords into the "Summary" area. If you want to view all of the decisions in the database, leave all the spaces empty and click "Search."
